The staff was very polite, excellent services. The room was spotless, stocked with a large bathroom.

Fairly clean cheap hotel with hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Very comfy bed, newly renovated and neat room. Nice bedroom, favourable and excellent location.

The staff here were very friendly, and our room had a flat-screen TV, central heating, and a writing desk.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable with central heating. The room features tea and coffee making equipment and a sitting area. The bathroom is well-equipped with bathtubs. The hotel is in an excellent setting, near the Pinnacle Shops, restaurants, attractions, and eateries.

As young people, we loved the variety of pillow firmness and the delightful shower. The location was great, with plenty of antique stores, flea markets, and restaurants nearby.

The employees were very helpful and did as much as possible to make our stay better with the physical property they had available. Especially Sallie was very helpful.

We were first put in a,room that seemed clean enough but smelled strongly like cheap perfume. I finally couldn't stand it any more and asked the clerk if it was possible to get another room. The clerk was very helpful and put us in a nice, larger room but the tv's didn't work. About an hour later one of the employees got one of the tv's to work. I'm thinking this hotel needs some upgrading and something is being covered up. I met another guest who had a room change because their room smelled "sour"

Conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and places to eat, which was a big plus for us. Also, we lucked out and got a room with a bathtub 🛁.

great location, close to friends, antique stores, and restaurants. Turkey sausage and chocolate waffles for breakfast were a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed and variety of pillow firmness made for a great night's sleep. Shower was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sallie.

Food was terrible. No meat, no taste eggs, stale pastries. Why not boiled eggs and bacon or sausage? Staff didn't even look up when I came and went. Staff couldn't talk on the phone and acknowledge my presence at the same time. Staff was in a very loud, heated discussion with an unhappy customer and could be heard all over the lobby area.

This hotel's location is convenient as it is within walking distance to the Pinnacle Shops, restaurants, attractions, and a shopping mall.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the Bristol area is very convenient, as it is in a mall nearby and close to various restaurants and attractions. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room, including the two queen beds, are comfortable. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included is a nice bonus.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.
